Out of state
Ryan Bingham was in NYC this weekend and with both Kathy and Heather going up for the show, my intense longing to be there was at least quieted some. Thank you both for calls during the show, the stream of pics of both NYC and Bingham, and for keeping me there in spirit. It means more than either of you know! I think for the first time I am feeling what our out-of-staters feel when they are separated from those they love! Here’s a shot of the guys as sent from Heathers phone!
Bring out your white trash
I think I love festivals more than anyone else I know. Give me a turkey leg, sausage on a stick, cold beer bought with tickets, a few carney’s, and sometimes really good music.. and I’ll be one happy guy. I’ve been to about 5-6 different ones over the last 2 months and enjoyed hanging with all my friends and family when we’ve gone. It’s just that time of year I guess! I think my fav’s were the Gatorfest and Catfish festival.. mainly becuase of who I was with!
Was I there?
Ranch Bash up in Ft. Worth was this past weekend and I really didn’t want to go. But it seems that through a few friends that sent me texts and pics through out the night I could laugh and joke like I was there! It pays to have good friends that care enough to wish you were around. Two of my favorite people having fun…
No more privacy
Not that anything I really have ever written was private. And I pretty much didn’t write one thing the entire spring and summer… but I seem to have a renewed interest in writing these days so I guess I’ll just make things so everyone can see and read them. Well that and I was feeling left out not having a blog these days. Maybe.
